The regional firewood bank will serve up to 12 rural communities and villages in northern New Mexico including Cañones, Youngsville, Rio Puerco, Coyote, Rito de las Sillas, Arroyo de Agua, Mesa de Poleo, Agua Sarca, Laguna Jacquez, and Piedra Lumbre/La Joya Subdivisions. Collaborations with the National Forest Foundation, Forest Guild, Wood for Life and the Juan Bautista Valdez Land Grant make it possible for us to provide this service free to community residents.
